We want you to love Teddy AI. But if it's not the right fit, we've made it simple and fair.

At a Glance

First 30 Days — 50% Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you'll receive a 50% refund of your first month's subscription fee. The refund is processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Why 50% and Not 100%?

We're transparent about this. When you sign up for Teddy AI, significant work happens immediately:

• Server provisioning: A dedicated server is set up in the Sydney AWS region for your AI assistant
• Website development: A custom, multi-page website is designed and built for your business
• AI configuration: Your AI assistant is configured, trained on your business details, and connected to your Telegram bot
• Integration setup: Payment systems, notification pipelines, and CRM tools are configured

The 50% that is not refunded covers these upfront setup and development costs. Even so, you walk away with a professionally built website — which is a genuine asset for your business.

After 30 Days

• No refund is available for the current billing period
• You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You will continue to have full access to your AI assistant and website until the end of the billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

Website Retention

This is important, so we'll say it clearly:

• The website HTML/CSS files built for your business are your property
• Whether you cancel in the first week or after a year, you keep the website
• Upon request, we'll provide your website files within 7 business days
• You're free to host the website anywhere — it's standard HTML/CSS

Hosting After Cancellation

When you cancel your Teddy AI subscription, your dedicated server and AI assistant will be decommissioned after 30 days. For your website:

• Option 1: We offer simple website hosting from $9/month — we keep your site live, handle SSL, and manage uptime
• Option 2: Take your website files and host them anywhere — Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, your own server, or any hosting provider

How to Cancel

Cancelling is easy, with no runaround:

• Via your AI assistant: Just tell your Teddy AI bot "I'd like to cancel"
• Via Telegram: Message us directly
• Via email: [email protected]

We process all cancellation requests within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with details about your final billing date and website file delivery.

We understand that life happens. If you're facing genuine hardship or believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us. We'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
